# Configuring Incident Management (HSE)

QualityOne Vaults allow your organization to report, track, investigate, and manage safety, environmental, vehicle, or property damage incidents. Incident Management also allows users to generate OSHA 301, OSHA 300, and/or OSHA 300A logs for your organization to be compliant with OSHA Regulations and reporting requirements. Additionally, users can track labor information on a monthly basis and conduct risk assessments with visibility into your organization's risk trends and statistics.

## HSE Incident Management Object Layout {#object-layout}

Incident Management provides default object layouts for the _HSE Event_ object and its object types to create and manage incidents and for the _Labor Information_ object to create and track employee and contractor labor hours and headcount. You can customize object layouts or create custom object layouts by navigating to **Admin > Configuration > Objects** and selecting the appropriate Incident Management object.

## Incident Management Workflows {#workflow}

The _HSE Event Lifecycle_ includes the standard _HSE Workflow_ which allows users to submit incidents for verification, investigation, and final reviews before closing the incident record. You can customize standard workflows or create custom workflows.

## Related Permissions {#permissions}

To manage object records for Incident Management objects, you must have a security profile that grants the appropriate object-level permissions.
